95. At-Tin

    بِّسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ وَٱلتِّينِ وَٱلزَّيْتُونِ

    By the fig and the olive

    VID FIKONTRÄDET och oliven

  2. 2

    وَطُورِ سِينِينَ

    And [by] Mount Sinai

    och Sinai berg

  3. 3

    وَهَٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ ٱلْأَمِينِ

    And [by] this secure city [Makkah],

    och detta trygga land!

  4. 4

    لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ فِىٓ أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍۢ

    We have certainly created man in the best of stature;

    Vi har sannerligen skapat människan i den bästa skepnad

  5. 5

    ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَٰهُ أَسْفَلَ سَٰفِلِينَ

    Then We return him to the lowest of the low,

    men därefter låtit henne sjunka lägre än de lägsta,

  6. 6

    إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ فَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍۢ

    Except for those who believe and do righteous deeds, for they will have a reward uninterrupted.

    utom dem som tror och lever ett rättskaffens liv; ja, deras lön skall vara utan ände!

  7. 7

    فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعْدُ بِٱلدِّينِ

    So what yet causes you to deny the Recompense?

    Vad kan hädanefter förmå dig [människa] att påstå att förkunnelsen [om uppståndelse, räkenskap och dom] är lögn?

  8. 8

    أَلَيْسَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ ٱلْحَٰكِمِينَ

    Is not Allah the most just of judges?

    Är inte Gud den visaste av domare?
